Refund and Returns Policy

At Customized Pajamas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order enters the processing phase and cannot be canceled.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet at least one of the following conditions:

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@customizedpajamas.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Ship the Item: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please note, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges (Replacements)

We will replace items at no additional cost if they are damaged, the wrong size, or the wrong design. You do not need to place a new order for a replacement. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
