1. Returns & Exchanges Overview
- Returned goods: We accept returns for defective products (damaged, wrong size/design). For non-defective products (change of mind), please contact us for support.
- Exchange: Yes, we accept exchanges/replacements for defective or incorrect items.
- Product condition: Only New products are accepted for return (unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging).
- Return period: Within 14 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Additional Charges
- Defective/Incorrect Items: No charge. We cover 100% of return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse (Change of mind/Wrong size ordered): Customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
- Restocking fee: No charge.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order enters the processing phase and cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Process
- Refund processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card or E-wallet).
