Shipping Policy
At Customized Pajamas, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
Delivery Time
Our delivery process is broken down into handling (production) time and transit (shipping) time. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM ET. Orders placed before 05:00 PM ET will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 05:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time (Production): 3–5 business days. Since our products are made-to-order, this time is required to print and assemble your pajamas.
- Transit Time (Shipping):
- United States: 2–9 business days
- International: 4–15 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time (Handling + Transit):
- USA Orders: 5–14 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total in USD.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6 applies to all orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship orders from a distributed network of fulfillment centers (U.S. and International).

- International Orders Carriers: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen
